Five Five Six brings competitive firefights into VR, with matches up to 5v5 and quick, seamless weapon handling at the center of the action. Mark an approach on the planning map, build your loadout, and use positioning and communication to create an opening.
A search-and-destroy style mode with a bomb already in play. One team protects it while the other pushes into the site to defuse it. Find the code displayed near the objective and enter it on your character's tablet while your teammates cover you. The code changes, so communication and timing matter.
Two teams of three face each other and NPC enemies. The other squad is only part of the threat: AI opponents add another reason to watch your surroundings and choose your fights carefully.
Fight to be the last player standing. Listen for nearby action and take each encounter as it comes. With no teammates to cover you, awareness and confident weapon handling become your best tools.
A capture-the-flag style mode is planned for Five Five Six. Expect another way to put team coordination to work. The details are still taking shape, and we'll share more as development progresses.
